Cozy rooms, large bed, fantastically friendly personnel. Wonderful view of mountain. The breakfast was tasty and provided. Location: the hotel was close to Berovo, lake. Fantastic service and great value. Bottled drinks, very good wifi were a nice surprise.

Accommodating staff, perfect location really close to the river and Bulgaria and a lake. Our room had an exceptionally comfortable bed and a nice view. The service in the property was exceptional too. Furthermore, parking onsite was a bonus.

This was a contemporary property with a heated pool. Employees were incredibly nice and kept it all fairly clean. Satisfactory breakfast except for the brewed coffee.

Decent view, lovely bed and free breakfast. Staff was quick to help and always flexible! Plus it was silent with a large bathroom.

Facilities were new, though internet connection was terrible.

I loved convenient location and how the place is fairly clean. The pool was lovely, the staff here was helpful. Room was warm, bed comfy. Breakfast was varied with variety of food!

Unfortunately wi-fi signal was very weak.
